DALE
I was also privileged to share some of the experiences aforementioned by others on this site, i.e. track meets in Cleveland and Slippery Rock (I was actually sitting at Mom's Restaurant when Buck Edwards ordered his half gallon of butter milk) but the characteristic nurtured by my association with Dale Meddock was simply learning how to become a good person. Dale helped me learn self discipline, honesty, respect for others, dedication to sport, and a love and admiration of athletics. I have been blessed with a loving family and equally blessed by receiving outstanding mentoring by coaches throughout my life, one of whom we honor on this site...

Frank, I remember being there when Buck said to the waitress: "I'd like a quart of buttermilk, please" We all cracked up!
I have tried to locate Jonathan "Buck" Edwards and invite him to our "Guys Night Out". When I contacted the reunion organizer of his '65 AHS alumni class, Bo Stone (Stephewski), he said that he had no contact info. Maybe, someone, who reads this, will know his whereabouts and contact him for us.
